Welcome to Terra Sauna. By accessing our website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and partners who interact with our digital sanctuary or purchase our bespoke sauna products and hire services.

2. Products & Artisanal Services

Terra Sauna specialises in premium, handcrafted saunas designed for personal and commercial wellness.

• Artisanal Character: As our products often feature natural materials, slight variations in grain, tone, and finish are inherent to the timber and part of the artisanal charm.
• Modifications: We reserve the right to modify specifications, adjust pricing, or discontinue specific models at our discretion to maintain our quality standards.

3. Site Consultation & Payment Terms

To ensure a seamless addition to your sanctuary, we adhere to a structured project flow:

• Site Assessment: Before any order is confirmed, we will conduct a site visit to assess the logistics of your specific location. This ensures the sauna can be safely delivered and installed.
• Order Initiation: Once the site is approved, a formal invoice will be issued.
• Payment in Full: Because our saunas are high-value, bespoke items, settlement of the invoice in full is required upfront. We will only initiate the order with our manufacturers once your payment has been cleared.

4. Delivery & Installation

We provide delivery and professional installation in Guernsey.

• Logistics: Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary based on the bespoke nature of your build.

5. Refunds & Bespoke Quality Guarantee

Due to the handcrafted and custom-built nature of our saunas, all sales are final and we do not offer full refunds or returns for change of mind.

In the rare event that a component is damaged during transit or installation, our primary resolution is to professionally repair or replace the affected area to meet our original artisanal standards.

6. Limitation of Liability

Terra Sauna is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the improper use of our saunas. It is the user's responsibility to ensure they are medically fit for sauna use and that the unit is maintained according to our provided care guidelines.

7. Governing Law (Guernsey)

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Bailiwick of Guernsey. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Guernsey courts.
